KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 6 (Bernama) -- The Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia, has appointed Datin Mahani Tan Abdullah as a director effective January 2013.
She is currently the Director-General of the Public Complaints Bureau in
the Prime Minister's Department.
"She brings to AKPK her extensive consumer protection experience gained in her previous role as the Deputy Secretary-General (Consumerism & Management) of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, Cooperatives and Consumerism," AKPK said in a statement, today.
Mahani holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in History/International Relations from the University of Malaya.
