Approach us directly, AKPK tells consumers

KUALA LUMPUR: Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK) says it does not appoint any agents or other intermediaries for its financial counselling and debt management services.

 

In a statement issued yesterday, AKPK said consumers seeking to better understand or manage their finances should approach AKPK's credit counsellors directly at its branches or credit counselling offices.

 

It said the location and service schedule can be viewed at its website at www.akpk.org.my

 

The agency has 11 branches and offices nationwide.

 

All AKPK services are provided free of charge.

 

The public is advised to contact AKPK at 1-800-88-2575 should there be any fees charged.
